Crazy Cat Lady Nails with Born Pretty Store & Zoya Odette

20 May

When I saw Storm and Star’s Crazy Cat Lady Nails on Instagram, I KNEW I had to copy them. I just received these adorably hilarious cat water decals from Born Pretty Store to review and I knew they would be purrrfect for my Crazy Cat Lady Nails.

I used a base of Zoya Odette  to start. The water decals were a little tricky at first, but once I got the hang of them they were super easy to apply. I cut the decal out, dipped it in a cup of water using a pair of tweezers, than I slipped the decal off the backing using a dry finger, and lastly I placed the decal in the middle of my nail. They’re just like temporary tattoos, but for your nails! At $1.55 a sheet, you can’t beat them.

I used Zoya Rooney and dotting tools for the cat paw prints. I dont think my thumb kitty is as adorable as Storm and Star’s, but it sure is cute. I covered every nail with a coat of HK Girl Top Coat to seal it all in and keep it shiny.
